The Coach.

Coach Barry Cooper.

Barry is both an official  British Judo Association Level 2 Judo Coach and a British Judo Council Coach and is a 2nd Dan black belt in Judo. Barry is CRB checked and holds a certificate in first aid, safeguarding and protecting children, sports coach UK good practice and child protection in sport and long term player development.

Barry has gained many Judo titles:-

3 x British Champion

2 x UK Champion

4 x Northern Home Counties champion

8 x Essex Champion

7 x Welsh Open Champion

6 x Southern Area Champion

Barry also gained the following Olympic freestyle wrestling titles:-

2 x British Champion

2 x English Champion

European under 21 Silver Medallist

World Under 21 Bronze Medallist

Barry has highly successfully taught Judo in 6 clubs mainly in the London and Middlesex areas before moving to Lincolnshire. He has coached hundreds of club members nurturing many champions amongst them.
